Here at Wild Mushroom Boutique Hotel, guests have the opportunity to see how a wide variety of exotic edible mushrooms are cultivated in cellars close to the swimming pool area. An information session of two hours can be booked, during which guests can learn how to recognise the more than sixty commercially cultivated mushroom species. Information on the mushrooms growing in the nearby Jonkershoek Mountains is also provided. It offers an adventurous journey through the exclusive world of gourmet, exotic, speciality and medicinal mushrooms.
