A really relaxed and informal group that gets gay men together on a weekly basis to network and socialise! We aim to create casual events that are fun and conducive to forging friendships and relationships for ALL gay men.

BookBenders is Cape Town's book club for gay men who love reading. We meet on the last Wednesday of the month at the Triangle Project offices in Mowbray. We don't discuss one book; everybody takes two or three books home & when we meet again, everyone (who wants to) gets a chance to talk about what he's read during the month. The meetings are very relaxed and informal, so if you don't want to talk about a book, that's fine. BB members come from all over Cape Town and surrounding areas, with age of members ranging from twenties to seventies.

Cape Town Guys are a group for... well... gay guys who live in Cape Town. We've created this group because, even though we think online dating and clubbing is fabulous, we'd like to see a space where people can easily make friends, have conversations, and get to know each other. So watch out for events such as picnics, movie nights, hikes, and all sorts of exciting activities!

The Gat Party is one of Cape Towns biggest social club for men and ladies. The name Gat Party originated after hosting a private party in the old Parow Athletic club, which was situated in a Quarry "The Gat Party." Music is to everybody's taste and this gig is always on the 1st, 2nd and last Saturday of each month.

GYMNOS is the South African Gay Naturist Association, promoting gay naturism in South Africa and representing that voice at national level. Once you have registered on the GYMNOS Website, have a look at groups and join the Western Cape Group.
