The accommodation
is a small 91m2 (including balcony) fully equipped, self-catering
apartment (upstairs of a private home).

small bedrooms (1 double bed in each). One bathroom (shower,
basin and wc). One en-suite (basin and wc). Open plan lounge
and kitchen area, with double sleeper couch. West facing balcony
with a magnificent unrestricted sea, sunset and mountain views.
Within walking distance to llandudno and Sandy Bay beaches.

(satellite reception) with VCR & DVD. Wireless ADSL internet
access. Portable barbecue facilities. One uncovered, secure
off-street parking bay. Less than 100 m from the sea. Secluded
garden swimming pool. Double swing and slide for children. Baby
cot and high chair.
Clotheshorse
and ironing facilities. 16 km from Cape Town / Waterfront. 24-hour
local security. Clean bath towels and linen are provided once
a week. Please bring your own beach towels. No pets please.
Children are welcome. Catering, car hire & baby sitting
can be arranged.
